TDF Activities for the Karimnagar By-Elections ( Click on the links below)

1) Distribution of TDF published booklet "Andhra Valasa Palanalo Telangana"

        50,000 copies of this booklet were published and more than 45,000 copies were distributed in various assembly segments in Karimnagar parliment constituency, particularly among students, teachers and village youth. This booklet was widely appreciated . TDF is recieving requests that it should make efforts to circulate 50,000 copies in each district of Telangana in the coming few months to deepen the awareness. IT COSTS LESS THAN 5 Rs TO SPONSOR A COPY. Every one of us has an opportunity to extend support  to this effort.
2) Paper Advertisements issued by TDF

         The above are the scanned copies of various advertisements issued in the district editions of all major news papers in Karimnagar, including SIASAT, the leading urdu news paper.
3) Pamphlets Distributed by TDF

         More than 1 lakh copies of this pamphlet ( Telugu Version) were distributed.
4) Press statement issued by TDF

        TDF held two press conferences, the first in Hyderabad and the second in Karimnagar. The above is the  coverage of the Karimnagar conference in eendau district edition. The Hyderabad press conference was given sufficient coverage in the front page of the Hyderabad edition of Indian Express. It was also briefly reported by other papers. We'll put the scanned copies of the same as soon as we procure them.
5) Observations of Gujja Biksham on Karimnagar elections

        Most important is the TDF participation in the campaign for two weeks on ground zero. Volunteers consisting of members from US, Denmark, Switzerland, Australia, Canada and Dubai extensively travelled throughout the constituency. Madhu Reddy, president TDF also took part in the last leg of the campaign. Special mention must be made of the efforts by a senior member Muralidhar Rao from Houston. DP Reddy ,  BV Rao and Chukka Reddy of TDF-India coordinated all these efforts wonderfully. Biksham Gujja working with World wild life Fund, Switzerland and a visiting fellow to ICRISAT and a member of TIT who was part of the team penned down his dispassionate observations from his week long participation in the campaign. Volunteers from TVV, TIT and other organisations but more importantly warm hearted Karimnagarites have helped TDF's efforts in many ways. Kudos to them all.
